The first section of this Appendix tells you how to get them.
The next few sections help you get the latest copies of MH, mh-e,
exmh, as well as other programs and information files.
Finally, a series of sections describe the structure of this book's example
file archive and give brief descriptions of some of the more
complicated programs.
