Special Files for exmh

exmh shares the .xmhcache files
with xmh.
It uses three files in your MH directory:

.folders is a cache of all your folder names.

.exmhcontext is the private context file for exmh.
-
.exmhfcache lists the folders in the folder cache.
There are five exmh files in your home directory:

.exmh-defaults has preference settings and other resources.
-
.exmh-defaults-mono holds monochrome-specific resources.
-
.exmh-defaults-color holds color-specific resources.
-
.exmhsedit contains editing key bindings.
-
.exmhbindings has command key bindings.
